Q1. Games won’t load.
A. Please try the following methods in order:
- Browser refresh (F5 or Ctrl+R)
- Clear cache: Delete cache and cookies in browser settings
- Use a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.)
- Check internet connection
- Check for browser updates

Q2. Games don’t work properly on mobile.
A. All ARCA games are optimized for mobile environments. If problems occur:
- Try rotating screen (portrait/landscape)
- Use browser fullscreen mode
- Recommended to use latest browser version
- Close other apps to ensure sufficient memory
Q3. I don’t know how to control the games.
A. Detailed controls are explained on each game page:
- PC: Mainly use mouse and keyboard arrow keys
- Mobile: Touch and virtual joystick provided
- Galaga/Breakout: Arrow keys + Spacebar (or touch)
- Watermelon Game: Mouse click/touch to drop fruits
- Puzzle Bobble: Mouse to aim, click to shoot
💾 Score and Data Management
Q4. High scores aren’t being saved.
A. ARCA uses browser local storage to save scores:
- Scores are not saved in incognito/private mode
- Scores are reset when browser data is deleted
- Scores are maintained only in the same browser
- Since they’re not saved on servers, they cannot be viewed on other devices
Q5. I want to reset my scores.
A. You can delete ARCA site data in browser settings:
- Browser Settings → Privacy and Security
- Site Data or Cookies and Site Data
- Search for ARCA and delete data
- Or use browser developer tools (F12) → Application → Local Storage to delete
Q6. Can I see the same scores on other devices?
A. No, since ARCA currently provides services without membership registration, scores are saved only in each device’s browser. We do not provide account or cloud storage features.

Q7. Problems occur only in specific browsers.
A. ARCA uses the latest web standards, so it performs optimally in recent browsers:
